ACARET is the accreditation organization responsible for setting educational standards for the profession of reflexology in America. ACARET Accreditation is a voluntary, non-governmental peer review process by the reflexology education community. ACARET offers accreditation for reflexology curriculum and awards Accreditation Credentialing of AAEd, to reflexology educators.

ACARET is part of the Five Elements of the Reflexology Profession:
- The Individual Reflexologist;
- State Associations;
- The American Reflexology Certification Board (practitioner certification agency);
- The Reflexology Association of America (national membership organization);
- ACARET, a California non-profit mutual benefit corporation, is the accrediting body for voluntary accreditation of educational curricula and individual educators.
